Long time to open Outlook pst files

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is a solution to speed up Outlook opening of user pst after a unexpected exit? I belive that when this happens Outlook check the pst file for errors and if the file is bigger (over 1GB) this take some time. Is any solution to avoid Outlook checking the pst of to speed up this process ?

No, as that could result in data loss. Outlook 2007 can do the checking in
most cases in the background but either way; the file integrity needs to be
checked. It's better to address your unexpected shutdowns.
