Thank you for your answer, which DNS setting?
I don't change anything in DNS.

Specifically the settings within your IP configuration that tells the PC's
where to look for the DNS servers, check that they are there and that that
they point to existing, functional DNS servers

DNS server is AD server also, and all clients are poiting to master (DNS)
server.
But on one of client I've sat NAT servers (3rd party application, old Win
Route) for sharing Internet, and set its IP address as secondray DNS on
clients.

my question is why only some clients have delay on "Applying Computer
Setting"?

Good Luck,

Hi,

What you can do is enable userenv debugging on some of these machines
that are experiencing slow logons.
Below you will find a link to the article which describes how to set up
debugging.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;221833

Once the log is created, look at the time stamp on the left of the
report and look over the part where we have a large gap between time.
This will help you to troubleshoot the logon issues.
From here you can fix what is causing the delays. Enable this on a
machine that is not experiencing delays and on one that is experiencing
delays.

Hope this helps
