Long delay in receiving emails

Hi all.

I set up to retrieve emails every 2mins. Unfortunately, I receive emails
long after they were sent by someone. I'm talking like a few hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This really has nothing to do with Windows Mail.
Talk to your mail provider.

could you please be more specific? I didn't have problems on my mac, through
"Mail" on that computer.
