Is there any way to get a log emailed to me daily or by each connection with
the details of everyone connected, how long, time/date etc etc

Hi,

You can configure Remote Access Logging in the RAS Server to generate logs
in IAS format or database format.
You can then use this tool "iasparse.exe" to parse the logs and generate a
formatted report. It is available in the support tools in your OS CD. This
will give you all details of who are connected to the server, time and date
of connection etc.
