Hi,

i know this Special Account Setting, but this does not work
on my system. Windows still says, that i cant log-in due to
an account restriction that has been made.

What now?

Not that I know of but you can create another user account that is in the
local administrators group that you can logon normally which will have
identical powers as the built in administrator account. The main difference
between the built in administrator account and another user account that is
also an administrator is that the built in administrator account can not be
deleted or removed from the administrators group. --- Steve
