When I logon its stalls at.."Applying personal Settings" for at least 1min. it usually breezes right through it. I dont have roaming profiles, Its not my computer looking for a DNS becuase I have a router that gets dns for me. Im on a local network...2 other computers in my house. I installed the UPHclean utility. That only fixed my logoff problem. so if anyone has any ideas. Do tell.

Does your computer belong to a domain? If so, it should not point to a
router for DNS, but instead it should point to the DNS server that contains
the DNS records for the domain.
