logon password

Help, my kid changed all the passwords and has no clue what the logon is, I
did not make a reset disk. What can I do to get pass the logon screen.

Start the computer with f8 option and boot the computer in safe mode.Login
with administrator (it dosenot require the password)and reseat all the
passwords
