Logon Message

I have switched on my lap top running XP Home and gone to logon as normal.
When logging on it comes up with the message 'The local policy of this system
does not permit you to logon interactively'.

This comes up with all usernames and passwords !!

I have only windows 2000 and '98 PC at my disposal at the moment.

Help !!!
 
Boot to Safe Mode (F8 on restart) and use the "Administrator" account to do
a System Restore. (start/.../system tools/...)
