Logon interactively

In trying to correct a problem on my computer, I think I
pressed the wrongs buttons. I have Windows2000
Professional. When I restarted my computer later, I
received the message "the local policy of this system
does not permit you to logon interactively." Now I can't
get into my computer at all, I'm left with a blue screen
and gray box. I tried starting in safe mode but the same
problem occured. PLEASE HELP ME, I can't even access any
of my files so that I can back them up, as of right now I
have a useless computer. Any help or suggestion you make
have would be greatly appreciated.

You account dont have permissions to log in locally.
Use an account administrative, for example Administrator Account
