logon default language

Hi,
I am using windows 2000 pro. Can I change the default language when I logon
to windows?
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
 
When you logon, no, but when you have logged on yes, but you'll need to
logoff again or reboot

START/CONTROL PANEL/KEYBOARD

Input Locales (second tab)

ADD & then click on SET AS DEFAULT

If you then logoff or reboot, it'll use the language you've chosen
