Logon Banner Issue

My Client has requested use of logon banner to display an
Acceptable use Policy before logon. The environment is
Windows NT 4.0 Server PDC & BDC and all Win 2000 Clients.
The Policy has 4 short paragraphs with about 30 lines
total. I made changes to allow longer logon banner I also
have th CR/LF issue worked out to do the paragraphs -
HOWEVER- the Logon Banner window only displays 21 lines of
text. If I mouse down the whole message can be seen but
there is no scrool bar in this window.

Question - How do I change window size of the Legal Notice
window ?

You can't it is hard coded.

Windows 98 clients have a 255 limitation.

Windows 2000 Logon Banner has a limitation of 512 characters.
