Logon banner

My logon banner bahaves differently on XP and Windows
2000. On the Windows 2000 boxes only the first line of
the banner message is displayed. On XP boxes the entire
message is displayed. FYI, I used AD Users and Computers
running on an XP box to create the logon banner message.
If I create the message on a Windows 2000 box it becomes
screwed up on XP boxes. There seems to be a lack of
compatibility between the two.
