Logo when Booting

When I boot or shutdown Windows 2000 I get a picture that
I want to get rid of. The same picture also appears when
I log off the system. When I log on my desktop picture
appears. It the picture that come on before my secktop
picture that I want to remove.

I believe it is configured in the .Default user.
