Logo prints in grayscale

Have some forms with the company logo, it looks great even in the print
preview but for some reason, when print some, they pring in grayscale. I
verified the settings but everything looks just fine and the same between the
ones printing in color and ones printing grayscale.

Any Ideas????

This is almost certainly something in the printer settings.

If you go to File>Page Setup, on the Page tab does it have "Default printer"
or "Use specific printer" selected?

If it's "Use specific" then click on Printer... then Properties... and
change it in there.

If it's "Default printer" then go to Start>Printers and Faxes, right-click
the printer, and select "Properties". Then click on "Printing
preferences..." and change it in there.

It will be very easy if that was the problem but no. It has this field (a
check box) "Print Color Imags in Black and white" but is uncheck.

I have in the database a form called template. It has the logo and other
setting so when I need to ceate a new one open this and save it with the new
name. If I do this, the logo print in grayscale. If I create a new form
from scratch, it prints in colors.

Looks like a bug to me, maybe the form has damage because it was working OK
the first 50 forms but with 51 it is mad.

Anything else you can tell me to fill the new forms created with this
template other than paste it in a new document.
