Logo error when trying to download ActiveX using IE 6.0 SP2

When I try to download activex using IE I get a message that says "The
software you are installing has not passed windows logo testing to
verify it compatablity with Windows XP." The funny thing is that I can
download it using firefox. Anyone else seeing this problem?
