Office 2003. Windows XP Pro.
Have created a signature andjpeg/bitmap picture of myself.
Opened Outlook 2003 >Tools>Options>Mail Format> Sig>Ad.Edit>opens to word
2003 editor and creates a html file. Jpeg and sig. inserted all look s great.
In the Create signature display all pictures and sig display.
When i re-set the default none to the new html file on the New signature and
Replies and Forwards then apply all. I now select the new email message the
picture/jpeg and the signature display as box with a cross only no
picture/sig. Go back to Create sig and Ad. Edit it opens up the original html
file and pictures/jpeg and sig do not display but again the box with cross
does. What have i done wrong? I have gone to Tools>Options>Change Auto
Download settings> Unticked "Dont download pictures... and ticked the next 3
check boxes but still no display. Must be another switch or must be Outlook
itself.

regards
Chrisso

All looks great in Word. Save as html.file. Copied signature, jpg and html
file to Signature folder.
