Outlook express 6- can't get a signature to work

I have an html file, sig, which applies a picture. It applies to the account,
and it all seems to et up fine. Only when I goto writing an email I have to
actually apply it manually!

Is there anyway to get a signature to insert automatically

Oh I have two accounts, and use the advance, under the edit signature box, I
select the account and apply it there!
