Hi all,

I am currently using logitech desktop mx for bluetooth (keyboard, mouse and
hub) the keyboard and mouse are both working fine but when i install the
software supplied it wont let me install logitechs bluetooth software meaning
i cant connect my mobile etc via the bluetooth hub. i believe that this has
something to do with some kind of bluetooth thing being included in SP2. does
anyone know if there is anyway to remove the bluetooth thing in sp2 so i can
install the logitech software.

thanks in advance

SP2 adds bluetooth support within XP. On my system (following directions
from the computer manufacturer), I had to use Device Manager> device
properties> Update Driver to switch over to the OEM provided tools. You'll
probably want to check at the Logitech site for similar install directions
for their drivers andsoftware.

I ordered this hardware from Dell with a new computer (XP/SP2). I was unable
to install the drivers provided (1.05b). Several calls to Dell help center
didn't help: Nobody there had heard of this piece of hardware!!

I finally called Logitech (should have done that in the first place). There
I was told that I needed to download the 2.22 drivers to make it run run
under SP2. It works!!!

Just hope you have a broadband connection: 50 odd Mb!
