I cannot login to my windows. It asks for me to select a
user, which is abnormal. There are no users listed
because i don't use the system.
 
Boot into the Admin account and change/clear your settings under
Start/Run/control userpasswords2.

To boot into the Admin account:

Press Control/Alt/Delete Twice for Pro and Boot into safe mode and login for
Home.
