Login to OWA without being prompted for a user ID and password?

Is there a way to get into OWA without being prompted for a user ID and
password? In other words, is there a way of entering the user ID and password
in the url so that it takes you immediately to your inbox?

Only if you are actually within the same domain or when you modify Exchange
security to have no security at all.

Note that you are in the wrong newsgroup. OWA is part of Exchange and not
Outlook. The correct newsgroup is exchange.clients
