Michelle

I am having 2 problems with IE6 since I loaded it
yesterday.

Problem 1: After installing the Internet Explorer 6.0
onto my computer, I rebooted the computer and received 2
RUNDLL
error messages:
-------------------------------------------------------
Error loading advpack.dll
A device attached to this system is not functioning

Error loading iernonce.dll
A device attached to this system is not functioning
-------------------------------------------------------
I searched on the system for those dll files - and they
are definately on the c drive, but I guess I have no idea
what the problem might be.

Problem 2: I can use the internet for the most part, but
I am having trouble logging onto my hotmail account.
After entering my name and password, the login page does
not load. It simply gives me a blank page and says done
on the bottom. Any ideas???

Michelle: This was a response from "Kasey" to a password

You can try this solution

1) Click Start, and then click Run.
2) Type REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL and press OK.
3) Please make sure that you leave a space between
REGSVR32 and SOFTPUB.DLL
4) You will get a message that says "DllRegisterServer in
SOFTPUB.DLL" succeeded.
5) Click OK and then attempt to sign in

Thanks

Kasey
