Login problem

Dear Mdm/Sir,

I've received a error message after I login to the
windows 2000 professional. The error message is "The
ordinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library USERENV.dll"

After I click the OK button, the is nothing display on
the desktop, only the blue colour wallpaper.

Please help !
