Login problem for OWA 2003

Hello all,

My problem is pretty straight forward. I have a user that is trying to
login to OWA on his laptop which is Windows 2000 professional and he is
unable to. However logging into OWA on an XP pro machine there is no
problem.

I have also tried logging in from another windows pro workstation and I
have the same problem. Any help with this would be great.

Thanks!

Can you be a bit more descriptive with the problem?
Also - you contradicted yourself. I think.

You said it doesn't work on his Windows 2000 Professional laptop - does work
on an XP Pro machine... But then you state you repeated the problem on a
'windows pro workstation'? Windows XXXXXX Pro?

I am sorry it does not work on windows 2000 pro but does work on XP
pro.

Still leaving a lot to be desired in the description.

Windows 2000 Professional does not *necessarily* have Internet Explorer 6.x.
You never stated what you meant by "unable to".

Do you get an error?
Does it just keep asking for the username/password?
If so - how is it asking? Popup window?
How is your OWA configured (which logon screen)?
What version of Exchange are you running?
Tried with another browser?

The more information you can give - the better.

I do not get an error just reverts back to the login prompt
the logon prompt is the older logon that has username field, password
field, Domain field.
I am using exchange 2k3
Yes I used firefox and it works. Sorry for the lack of information I
have not used groups before.
