login in to sites

I have a problem that I think has to do with blocked
cookies maybe.

The last couple days I have tried logging into both
PayPal and Yahoo email and when I put my password in and
click ok, it clears my password out and tells me I need
to log in. I can get in from a different computer, so I
think it has something to do with cookies. I have changed
my security settings so now its at low, but that doesn't
help. I previously had it set so that when a site wanted
to place a cookie it asked me if I wanted to; allow,
block or block permanantly. Not sure if that is what is
causing it, but I have no idea what to do (other than
reformating and starting over). I am running XP

Go to Control Panel, open Internet Options, go to the Privacy tab, click
Advanced, set all cookie options to allow (NOTE: you may have to first
select override automatic cookie handling), click ok, go to the General tab,
click Delete Cookies, Delete Files and click Clear History, click apply and
ok.

Now, open your browser and try those sites again. If the problem is
cookies, this should resolve it.
