Login Help

I am running Win2k on a laptop that I haven't used for a while, and I can't remember the user name or password to log in at start up. Any ideas on how to bypass the log in screen?
 
Asked and answered daily. Check the many posts in this newsgroup that have
"log" or "password" in the Subject line.

One good idea with so many posts in the forum, is to do a search...
Like for [password] without the brackets of course in the subject line

If you can't find anything; please let me know
