Login hangs for a few minutes, then proceeds

Using XP Home, eight users, two of which hang at the Welcome screen
for 3 - 5 minutes, then go to the desktop. The other six work
normally, right to the desktop. The only commonality I can think of
is that the two hanging users share an Outlook Express folder store
(but the email does not come up automatically at login). Any ideas
how to find out what is hanging up the logins?

This issue has been resolved, it had to do with a network share mapped
only by the two users. The computer mapped to was having problems,
once that was resolved the logins proceeded normally.
