I have a problem with logging off from Windows XP. It is
AOL related, but I have discussed this issue with AOL and
they stated that it's Windows related, although the files
associted with this issue are AOL files. My Windows XP
and also AOL software work perfectly, but when I try to
log off from WIndows XP, I get a message with an END TASK
option that says UNABLE TO CLOSE FILE: winttols.exe and
ACSD.exe (AOL connectivity service file). These messages
come separately, following one another, and I hjave to
hit END TASK several times before Windows XP finally
shuts down or restarts. Please help me identify this
problem and what I can do to solve the issue. I have
uninstalling and reinstalling AOL but it makes no
difference.
Thank You
