DLCxaolx.exe file

I'm trying to find out with this file is. AOL claims it is not an AOL file.
Dell tells me it is not one of theirs either. So, I figure it must be an
operating system file of some sorts. I'm wondering if its a file that Windows
loades in order to make the reloading of the AOL software (which we all know
is a PIG) faster.

The file seems to appear in memory after I have logged on using AOL dial-up.
It is still in memory after I log-off and close out AOL. It takes up a ton of
CPU time and therefore makes my system run slow.

Anyone know what it is?
Does anyone know how I can keep it from loading?

I have ended the process using the Task Manager, but I shouldn't have to do
that every time.

Thanks!
