Logging in certain websites

I am needing help with the Internet Options on my computer. There are
certain websites that I cannot log into. For example, ediets.com. I have an
account with them, however when I type in my username and password it
refreshes the screen back to the log in page.

What do I need to do?
 
Any Privacy or Firewall software running?
Have you blocked cookies for that site.
 
I do have a firewall, but Internet Explorer is listed as approved and on my
Inter options I have the site listed as approved. Cookies are also enabled.

What else could it be?
