Log "system" events ?

in event log in "System" i see this segnalation
of SERVICE CONTROL MANAGER code
events or 7035 or 7036 ? what is ?

(in propriety i see : HPZ ipm12 PML
DRIVER)

this 7035 say open process
and 7036 say close and are repeat every
1 second!!!
what is? and if is possible delete it ? in
how mode?
