Log on

I have a major problem. Yesterday my 2nd hand Laptop
crashed.It now boots as far as to ask me to log to log on
with a password.Needless to say I don't know the password
and I am now stuck with aa non functioning computer.I have
tried the last known good boot up option but keep being
faced with the Windows Log on window.
Am deparate !!!

The usual method is to log on under "administrator", then
to reset your account password.

How did you use it before if you don't know the password ??
