Log on Password

Hi,
My other problem is
When I go to Log on to the internet my password is always changed to real
long *********..
I have changed and saved a 100 times.
XP Home edition

Once you enter and save a password, leave it alone.
Windows XP changes the length via encryption for
security purposes.
