Log-on Glitch

I've removed a power user account from a home PC;
completely deleted the account removing all references to
the former user. However, when the PC now boots up, it
continually attempts to log-on under the former user's
name. When the log-on fails, an error message is
generated stating that the account or password are
incorrect and should be verified. I am able to then enter
my power user account info and properly log-on. How can I
get the system to "forget" the deleted power user account
and begin defaulting to my power user info?

You may have TweakUI installed. Remove it, or change its
default logon name. You can see it in the Control Panel.
