Log off im client when he login in different location

How to configure IM Client (Windows Messaging 5.1) when he login on
differnet location, he immediately log off on currnet location in live
communication server
 
Note: This was multi-posted to the microsoft.public.livecomm.general
newsgroup and answered in that newsgroup by one of the MSFT folks.
