Log off and profile corruption: cannot save prfXXX.tmp

Hi all,
I'm getting crazy on a bad problem.
I've got roaming profiles in my environment
When some of my domain (W2k) users logoff get this
popup message:

Windows was unable to save all the data for the file
\Device\LanmanRedirector\srvfile01\profiles01\<here goes the
username>\prfXXX.tmp
The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your
computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file
elsewhere.

After that, the logoff process terminate and the profile of the user
get corrupted. Next time the user try to login a new popup with "ask
your system administrator, your profile is corrupted" appears and the
only way to make the user working is to delete the corrupter profiles
and let windows rebuil one brand new profile on the file server.

Telecomunication/Network group sniff the lan in search of errors and
don't get any error!

If I transfer data to the fileserver while not logging off no problem
appears!

The profile share is not under Antivirus scanning in real time!

I made test disabling Antivirus real time scanning on the client, too!

Anyone has some ideas??

Thank You in Advance
