I am having a problem with log in on web sites such as
eBay,Yahoo,Hotmail etc. It seems after I log on and
check the "remember me", when I return to these sites
after rebooting my computer they Don't remember me
anymore! I have all the IE options set to default!

To remember you, the website sets a cookie. Do you delete cookies when you
close your browser? Go to Options > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll
down Security and uncheck "Empty Temporary Internet Files".

Check if you have AutoComplete enabled. From the Internet Options menu, go
to Contents > AutoComplete. Make sure the appropriate boxes are checked.
