log in problem

hi i use XP and when ever i am logged in and i switch out and my family try
to get into their account it would just say
USER ENVIORNMENT
WINDOWS CANNOT LOAD THE USER'S PROFILE BUT HAS LOGGED YOU ON WITH THE
DEFAULT PROFILE FOR THE SYSTEM.
DETAIL- INSUFFICIENT SYSTEM RESOURCES EXITST TO COMPLETE REQUESTED SERVICE
and just boot me out to the welcome menu... please help me...
