Log in page invalid??? Please help :)

Hi there, I am having problems accessesing one of my catalouge accounts
online...I have emailed them and they have said that there is nothing wrong
on their part. I can get onto everything else except sign in and my account.
When i click nothing happens so i tried opening the link in a new window and
it comes up web page unnavailable. I have also checked the properties on the
links and it says that the java script is void?? If anyone can help i would
greatly appreciate it please!!! lol

Hey there, Me again, I still havent been able to sort my little problem out
:( I've been through it all again and the properties say that it is an
unknown protocol and the javascript: void(0) ???
If i click on it it keeps on saying web page unavailable that its either
their site or a problem with my settings......Im a complete dunce when it
comes to this...please some1 help!!! :)
