How many individuals can log in on one computer at one time usingf windows
xp? we can only have two? is that the limit?

One. (May I ask how in two people could use the computer at the exact
same time?)

You can use Fast User Switching, to switch between user accounts.

If your Windows XP machine is not a member of a Domain and you have fast
user switching enabled then you can have as many logged in users as your
machines (memory/CPU) can stand.
