Missing File when trying to log in

I have XP HOME. Since I had my pc I always had just the main account. The
other day I created 3 new account 2 limited and 1 adfmin.

When I try to log into the limited it gives me an error and tells me missing
file cant load user. Then it takes me back to login screen.

I then get the same error when I tried to log in the new admin account but
this times it loads anyway. But after I change the settings and log out then
back in everything is back to default. Also the original windows theme is
missing in the other accounts.

The only account that works fine is my original one.

Hi,

Click start/run, type eventvwr.msc and click ok. Check the system events for
more details on what is happening when the user tries to logon.

Hi,

I would speculate that something that is loading in the startup group does
not have sufficient privileges to run in the other accounts. Click start/run
and type msconfig, then click ok. On the startup tab uncheck half the load,
then click apply/ok and reboot. Login to one of the new accounts, does the
problem still occur? If so, then the problem is with one of the programs
that is still enabled. If not, then it is one of the ones you unchecked.
Check or uncheck half of the remaining ones (depending on which situation
you are in) and repeat. Continue until you can isolate the program.

Once isolated, it may be as simple as changing permissions on that program
folder to rectify the problem.
