Locking my computer

I tend to lock my computer six or seven times a day and
every so often I blue screen when I hit ctrl+alt+Del.

The error message i receive is:
STOP: c00021a Fatal System error of 0xc0000005
(0x00000000 0x00000000).
Can someone please email me and let me know how to rectify
this.

Its an application hang of some sort. You should have user.dmps and
drwatson logs that could be used by technical support to assist you with the
faulting application.
