Locking elements in ppt

Hello,

Is it possible to create "template" presentation with:
- locked pictures,
- locked number of pages,
- locked sequence of pages,
- enabled text changes only,

in ppt file?

If yes, how to do it? VBA or ... ?

Is it possible to create "template" presentation with:

PowerPoint doesn't offer any support for any of these features. It might be
possible to do it with VBA, but it'd only work if each user had the VBA addin
installed on their computer.

In any case, it wouldn't be what I'd call a "starter" project. ;-)
