Locked up and wont start XP Home

after many blue screens with vague statments about
diskspace shortage and many Safe mode tryes, my HP poped
up theSystem Restore screen. I ran the Programand now I
get an endless loop of > H P "Start screen" > NT___ IS
COMPRESSED-PRESS CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart. I have no
(working) Boot Disk nor install XP CD.HELP!!

As the computer is booting, hit F10 to get into HP's Recovery Program.
This will format the drive and return the computer to factory
condition. Then you can restore your data from backup. However, if your
original errors stemmed from hardware issues (and of course there is no
way to determine this from your original post), this will not solve
anything.
