Locked out

Hey, i really messed up, i deleted my user name because i was going to make a new one, and then i logged out, i figured this wouldn't be a problem because i am the administrator. Now i don't remember the password i put for the administrator and am now completely locked out of my computer with no way of getting back in. I am using someone else's computer right now. Please tell me if you know how i can get back into my computer
