Locked out of computer

My Son regretfully put a passcode on our windows 2000 log-
in when we boot/start the computer.

Now it will not accept the administrative log in and
passcode that was installed and we are locked out of the
computer. I do not have any diskets to reformat the
computer. Any thoughts?
