I have locked myself out of windows XP pro, at the windows xp password screen. It no longer allows me to log on !!!

wait 30 minutes or the time you specified and it will let you try
again, or try administrator and unlock yourself.

If you press the F8 key at boot up it will allow you to
choose safe mode, log on as administrator and then you can
change your passwords. Did you give administrator a
password when you set the program up? If not then just
enter past the log on screen. Hope this helps.
