LOCKED Out of everything!!!

I was in the MMC and I selected 'allow user to run the specified programs only' I typed in a program and assumed it would let me log back in and change it but, the MMC is also locked out so I cannot undo the lockout! HELP!
 
You'll need to log in as another user with sufficient rights to make the
change. Probably a local admin account.
