"Locked" out of DVD-RW & CD-RW

I use the RW's to try music, my pics, etc., first and then save to the DVD-R
or music to CD-R.
When trying to use these, I can't get anything to the RW's, and when
checking the properties, it shows "CLOSED" even though the same properties,
for example, shows 40% used and 60% not used.

I have tried erasing with Nero ...

Regular erasing doesn't clear the '"CLOSED"

Are you using Nero's InCd app..? What version of Nero are you using..?
