locked home page bar

i locked my home page bar under tools/options with a
spyware programe i downloaded and now i cannot unlock. I
deleted spyware software and cannot remember what the
name was. How do i unlock home page bar?

It was probably Spybot.

I agree that it is Spybot, as I have the same problem. Any recommendations
