Lost IE 6 Address Bar

I have lost my Address Bar and have tried the following!

1. Right Click on address bar verify "Address" is checked.
2. RC address bar uncheck "Lock Toolbar" check "Address"
check "Lock Toolbar". Still do not have an Address Bar.
3. "Unlock Toolbar" and mover vertical bar at left up,
down, sideways. Still no Address Bar.
4. Ran Spybot, Adware and CWShredder. Removed spyware. Re-
Boot still no Address Bar.
5. Ran IE6 Update with no luck.

I have run out of ideas, can anyone HELP!

Thanks,

This is my standard post for this problem:

If you see the smallest piece of the Address Bar (usually the name)
then stretch the Address bar back to a normal size and move it if
necessary. If the Button Bar or some other bar is to the right of it,
you may want to move that to a different position first.

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.

If that doesn't work (as you seem to indicate) then try this:
Make up a file from the lines below. Copy into a file called fix.reg
which should be created in Notepad. Do not retype, copy in case of
errors. The 1st line in the file is the line REGEDIT4

Make sure the long line does not wrap at the space in "Internet
Explorer".

Make sure your mail or news reader does not add any spaces to the end
of a line.
The last line must be blank.
Doubleclick fix.reg

-----copy below this line fix.reg------------
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser]
"ITBarLayout"=-
//Clear the toolbar positioning to reset Address Bar etc.

---- end file above here

Thank you for your assistance. Regretfully it did not do
the job. As a last gasp measure I did a "System Restore"
which corrected the problem.
